Our Mystik Crystal Artwork should be shimmering in mint condition for generations if properly cared for.
Each piece has an intentionally designed unique combination of materials (meaning varying densities).
Differing densities means differing Coefficients of Expansion (rate at which the material expands as a reaction to environmental changes on a molecular level)
Here are some general recommendations to care for your Artifact:
-Quick temperature changes can create cracks due to differing coefficient’s of expansion
-subjecting an Artifact to Extreme temperatures for long periods of time is not ideal (Below freezing and above 45 degrees).
Like other fine Art, it is best to keep your artifact(s) in moderate temperatures and out of direct sunlight for long periods.
I take great care to ensure every art piece is crafted to the highest standard and arrives safely. If, however, you encounter an issue, the following applies:
Damaged on Arrival: If your art piece arrives damaged, I will repair or replace it at no cost.*
Quality Concerns: If you believe your art piece is of sub-standard quality (and evidence can be provided), I will repair or replace it free of charge.*
*Must officially notify me within 30 days of delivery.
Each piece is unique and handcrafted, so exact replacements may vary slightly.
